Safaris
Twice daily safaris into the Park provide hours of entertainment with the inevitable exciting anticipation of a sighting of the elusive but beautiful Tiger.
Transport is by government owned vehicles.
Jeep - maximum of 5 people plus Naturalist and driver.
Deluxe Canter (safari bus) - the mini-canter for upto 13 people or the larger 20-seater vehicle.
The Safaris take place from 6.00am to 10.30am and again from 14.30pm to 18.30pm daily, from 1st October to 30th June.
Pick up is directly to and from your Hotel.
Vehicles are assigned specific routes within the park by the Forest Office for each drive. With english-speaking Naturalist/Guides providing a commentary on the surrounding flora and fauna, whilst searching for the prize sighting - The Tiger!
The animals are very used to all vehicles providing many photo opportunities along the route.
